Open letter to the responsible persons of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGRFA) concerning the proposal to bring the vegetable patent licensing platform under the governance of the Treaty. The underwriting representatives of non-governmental organizations vehemently oppose this proposal.
