Implementation of Farmers’ Rights in Switzerland

The submission by the Berne Declaration to the Secretariat of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture comments the implementation of Farmers’ Rights in Switzerland. We take a particular view on relevant articles in the Patent and Plant Variety Protection Act and the Seeds Regulation
